Tom is the founder and executive lead for Good Eye Consultants. Tom is an innovative and experienced leader with significant accomplishments driving strategic opportunities from concept through launch and on to operational management. Most notably, Tom played a key role in the creation of Sprint PCS and the creation and management of Sprint’s PCS Affiliate business.
Tom gained unique and valuable experience working as a consultant and executive in the cable, telephone and mobile industries. Tom’s accomplishments were achieved working in the local, headquarters and corporate levels of organizations, as well as the functions of:
• strategic and operational planning
• corporate and business development
• marketing and sales
• product development
• network build-out
• customer service and customer experience
• finance
• information technology
• service and product launch management
Before joining Sprint, Tom held management positions with the Ernst & Young’s Telecommunications Consulting Group and McCaw Communications Companies, Inc.
